Lauryn Hill has to be one of the most talented artists and I’ve always loved her album ‘The miseducation of Lauryn Hill’. My two all-time favourite songs are ‘Ex-Factor’ and ‘Zion’, so when I had the chance to see her at Brixton I was so excited.

She performed my two favourite songs and even some of the classics when she was a part of ‘The Fugees’, but for some reason she decided to change every song. They were all done over a different backing track and totally different flow… I just love the originals she done so I found it quite disappointing she decided to amend the classics.

She did perform some tracks acapella, which definitely saved the day. I love how she sounds acapella and you can witness her raw talent, so satisfying…
