“I’ve got angels all around me,

They keep me surrounded”

I will openly admit that before attending his concert I wasn’t actually the biggest fan, I had his album downloaded but he wasn’t one of the acts that had me hooked.

But, after watching him perform live I realised what I was missing out on. I’ve actually had his album on repeat almost every day since. He’s got a great energy that he brings to the stage and seems extremely humble and grateful (always great traits to see).

He definitely sets himself apart from other rappers at the moment with his very gospel steer and storytelling. He leaves you feeling uplifted, positive and happy. Almost like leaving church on a Sunday after a good weekend, blessed.

I think for these reasons he actually has such a dedicated following, which I witnessed at O2 academy in Brixton a few weeks ago. The queue was crazier than when I went to see Lauryn Hill a few years back, crazy!
So, we can definitely watch out for him and see him blow up even bigger (watch this space)
