I got the chance to see LA singer, Kehlani perform at Koko Camden on her SweetSexySavage tour. I’ve been a fan of hers for years, I fell in love with her from her first album ‘You should be here’ with my favourite song ‘The Way’ featuring Chance The Rapper (luckily she performed this on the night too!)

Overall, it was an amazing concert with her showcasing her choreography skills and her amazing voice.

I must say, a major thing I love about this girl is her support for UK music. She has always seemed to support it, but throughout her show she allowed up and coming UK artists to come out such as AJ Tracey and Kojo Funds. But, what made the crowd go crazy was her bringing out the man of the moment, Stormzy!

They both performed a song from Stormzy’s debut album ‘Gang Signs & Prayer, which Kehlani feaures on, ‘Cigarettes & Cush’. One of my favourites off his number 1 album.

This was an iconic moment to see an artist from LA really embracing the UK music scene, which is currently blowing up at the moment.
